A “modern outbound stack” used to mean this: 10+ tools $10k to $15k a month One RevOps person just to keep it running And even then, half of it broke every week. We tried that setup. - Clay for data - CRM for tracking - Email tools - LinkedIn tools - Dialer - Enrichment - Automation Everything looked good on paper. In reality: Too many logins Data all over the place Leads falling through gaps Reps spending more time managing tools than talking to buyers Nothing felt connected. What changed was not adding more tools. It was simplifying the system. We cut most of the stack and focused on one thing: Timing. Instead of scraping lists and blasting messages, we started working off live signals. Who just changed jobs Who is hiring Who is talking about a problem we solve Who is engaging with competitors That became the list. Then we layered in one system to handle the rest. We use Sendio AI to track these signals, rank accounts, and run outreach at a human pace without reps sitting in LinkedIn all day Now the stack looks boring: - Claude - Sendio - Linkedin But it actually works. No more guessing who to message No more missed replies No more accounts getting burned Old setup More tools More spend Less output New setup Fewer tools Better timing More meetings The win is not a bigger stack. It is a stack that is actually connected.

In 2021 I bought a Ford Fusion. Man, I loved this car. Left: me and my wife posing with it. Right: that same car after it caught fire with us still inside and burned 5 other cars in the building. I think about it every time a founder tells me about their "perfect product idea." Beautiful landing page. 45 features. "This is it, I'm getting rich." 0 signups. And honestly? The product usually isn't even that bad. It's just that no real buyer has seen it yet. Only your team telling you it's a 10. Being in love with your product isn't a distribution strategy. And your mom, your friends, and your coworkers ain't your ICP. That's why we built Sendio. 30+ buying signals on LinkedIn, scored against your ICP in real time. So your beautiful product stops sitting in the garage waiting to die. And starts getting in front of buyers who are actually looking for the problem you solve.

I used to pay a Fiverr freelancer $0.10 per lead. Wait a week. Get 200 random contacts. Hope something worked. If you've done this, you know the pain. That's over. Now you build your own list. For your exact ICP. Leads that are hot and ready to buy. In seconds. No guessing. No wasted outreach. No spray and pray. That's Sendio AI. We engage those leads, filter the high intent ones, and book meetings on autopilot. You just show up to the calls. That's the new GTM.

The first image is the same cold email opener I got 7 times this month: "came across your company while researching the top startups in the US." We are not a top startup. nobody googles that. AI is destroying this rep's pipeline. And that ain't AI's fault. The rep didn't even check what we do. We sell LinkedIn outreach software and they pitched us cold calling. The second image is a real reply from Sendio to a prospect. The opener talks about something the prospect actually IS INTERESTED ABOUT At the EXACT moment he is interested about it That's why it got a reply instead of a block. This is the whole point of Sendio. instead of sending the same generic opener to everyone It watches 30+ buying signals on LinkedIn (hiring, funding, job changes, posts people engage with, competitors, etc Scores leads against your ICP, and only messages the ones who fit. Every opener is about the signal that found them. Is this is making the whole difference We use sendio to sell sendio, lol

"Cold outreach is dead." Every LinkedIn guru has been repeating that for the last 18 months. Yet this is the type of reply that hit our DM everyday One automated message. Sent to a Sales & Marketing Engineer who had never heard of us. Result? +$99 MRR added to our product Hear me out here: Cold outreach isn't dead. Lazy outreach is dead. Non-research outreach is dead. Reaching out to the wrong people is dead. → Bad outbound: 2,000 generic DMs, 4 replies, 0 demos. → Intent-based outbound: 200 messages to people already ready to buy, 30+ replies, calendar full by Friday. Same effort. 75x the result. This reply wasn't luck. It was the prospect's own team quietly Googling "tools like Sendio" the same week our message landed. That's not magic. That's: intent data timing a message that doesn't sound like a robot trying to "hop on a quick call" Most teams will keep spraying 1,000+ DMs a week until LinkedIn locks their account. The smart ones already figured out that 1 well-aimed message beats 100 cold ones. We have been booking 40+ qualified meetings every month using Sendio AI. Comment "DEMO" and I'll send you the exact playbook behind the reply below

A SaaS founder I know flew to Brazil last month to spend a day with me. His team was sending 2,000 LinkedIn messages a week. Booking 3 meetings. By the end of the day he just laughed: "I've been running outbound like it's 2019." Here's the 5-step system I gave him: 1. Stop Selling The Meeting. Sell The Insight. Your prospect's calendar is the most contested asset in B2B. Trading their time for your pitch is a losing trade. Lead with something they can't get anywhere else. Weak opener: "Open to a quick 15-min chat about our platform?" Strong opener: "Pulled your hiring data, you've added 4 AEs in 6 months but no SDRs. Want the playbook your competitor X used to ramp them in 30 days?" The meeting is the reward. Not the ask. 2. Triage Replies Like A Hospital, Not An Inbox Most teams treat every reply the same. That's how an "I'll be on PTO until July" gets the same energy as "this is interesting, tell me more." One needs a one-line acknowledgment. The other needs your best closer in the thread within 5 minutes. Sort replies by intent, ICP fit, and urgency before anyone types a response. It's the highest-leverage move most sales teams aren't making, and the one we built sendio.ai to solve. 3. The Opener Is 10%. The Reply System Is 90%. Founders obsess over the first message. But the opener gets you a 15% reply rate at best. What happens after the reply is what becomes pipeline. You need three things: A human response in under 10 minutes (warm replies cool fast). Full context surfaced automatically: role, last post, mutuals, prior touches. A next step that isn't "want to book time?" Flip your team's effort. 10% on messages. 90% on replies. 4. Kill The Channels That Don't Compound Cold email. Paid ads. Podcasts. Webinars. Partnerships. Every channel feels like leverage in month one. Most of them aren't. LinkedIn compounds. Every conversation becomes a connection, every connection becomes a content viewer, every viewer becomes a warm reply six months later. Email doesn't do that. Ads definitely don't. Pick the channel that builds an asset, not just a transaction. 5. Fix The Work, Not The Reps Here's the dirty secret of outbound: Your team isn't underperforming because of motivation. It's because the work is broken. Manual prospecting, tab hell, flipping between Sales Nav, the CRM, Notion, and four different inboxes. Two hours a day on logistics instead of conversations. Your best reps will quit before they tell you this. Fix the work and the numbers fix themselves.

This photo was taken during one of my college classes back in 2023. At that time, I had no idea where I would end up a few years later. I wasn’t someone with a perfectly structured career plan or a clear vision of what I wanted to build long term. What I did know was that I felt uncomfortable staying still for too long. I’ve always been drawn to new environments, new challenges and things that forced me to grow faster than I thought I could. I think that mindset is what eventually pulled me toward product, UX and startups. Back then, I saw technology in a much more superficial way. I thought building products was mostly about design, features or simply having a good idea. What changed everything for me was getting closer to real users. Understanding how people actually behave, where workflows break, where teams lose time and how small frictions quietly destroy consistency. Today, working on @sendioai , I get to see that every day. We’ve seen users go from scattered outbound processes and inconsistent follow-ups to generating 60%+ reply rates after improving workflow structure and keeping outreach consistent. And honestly, that’s the part I enjoy the most. Not just building software, but seeing something we’re working on directly affect the way people operate and grow. One thing I underestimated back then was distribution. A great product means very little if nobody sees it, understands it or consistently talks about it. That’s something I’ve been learning in real time while building. Product, distribution and storytelling are deeply connected. The companies and people growing the fastest today usually aren’t just building better products. They’re building visibility, trust and attention around what they’re creating. It’s crazy looking back at this photo now because at that time I thought growth would come from having everything figured out first. In reality, most growth came from entering uncertain environments, building in public and learning while moving.

Woke up today looking at São Paulo from the 25th floor. 11.8 million people in one city. You could build an unicorn if you sold to 0.01% of this city. You do not need millions of customers to win. You just need the right people. You could be sending hundreds of thousands of emails, You could be posting hundreds of AI generated content. Yet, you wouldn't find a connection with your audience. In the AI era, volume is not the game. The game is finding people who already need what you sell. People who already want to hear what you have to say. That is what we built with sendio.ai It helps you find your ICP, reach them automatically, and book meetings while you sleep. I used the same system to build a $1M ARR dev agency. Now we are using it to grow 8 other startups too. LinkedIn is still the biggest B2B opportunity on the internet. Yet, is still SO undervalued right now. What you waiting for?

Blablabla I went to YC, this that. I've cleaned it up: get into YC realize nobody is coming to save your startup YC doesn’t build the company for you but it compresses 5 years of startup intensity into 3 months every 2 weeks publicly commit to aggressive growth numbers miss targets in front of cracked founders building insane companies social pressure becomes fuel biggest YC advantage isn’t the money it’s the network density Bookface for hires, intros, fundraising, advice, recruiting basically “someone here already solved your problem” partners don’t micromanage they pattern-match insanely fast founders still own all decisions SF feels like the capital city of ambition everyone building at max velocity recalibrates your idea of “big” permanently most useful realization positioning matters almost as much as product “AI outreach tool” sounds small “self-learning GTM system” sounds venture-scale downside startup becomes your entire life upside speed becomes unfair compared to normal companies final takeaway YC is not a cheat code it’s an environment multiplier

People ask me all the time if LinkedIn can actually land high-ticket clients. I scaled my dev agency from $0 → $1M ARR using only LinkedIn + sendio.ai for outbound. No ads. No X. No audience. Just: - A LinkedIn account - A solid offer - A repeatable outbound system Right now we’re averaging 47%+ reply rates consistently. I put the entire playbook together so you can copy the exact process and get similar results. Comment “SENDIO” and I’ll DM it to you.

In 2018, I landed at the most dangerous airport in the world. A few days later, while trekking toward Everest Base Camp, I kept thinking about how much people can handle when they are pushed outside their comfort zone. That trip ended up changing the way I build startups forever. I’m Ricardo, 33 years old, from Brazil, and founder of Sendio. I left Brazil for a 20+ day trip through the Himalayas. Part of the trip was landing in Lukla, a tiny runway surrounded by massive mountains. One chance to land correctly. That experience stayed with me for years. When I came back home, I became obsessed with performance under pressure and even wrote my college thesis about training and altitude adaptation. Years later, I realized startups feel very similar to that trek. People only see the nice photos. They don’t see the exhaustion. The doubts. The moments where you ask yourself if you are still going the right way. For years I focused almost everything on building products. Long nights. Small team. Trying to figure things out with limited resources while competing against companies much bigger than us. We built solid products. Clients were happy. The technology worked. But there was one problem I could not ignore. Our competitors were getting attention before us. Not because they had a better product. They were just better at distribution. And once I realized that, everything changed for me. Because building something great in silence is painful. You can spend years building and still feel invisible. That is why I started building sendio.ai The platform I wish we had from day one. A way for founders and teams to get more conversations, more meetings, and more attention without waiting for people to magically find them. Now we are seeing: 60%+ reply rates on LinkedIn outbound. Qualified meetings every week. Multiple campaigns converting consistently. Same founder. Same skills. Completely different results. Most founders do not fail because they cannot build. They fail because nobody knows they exist. Distribution changes everything.

Getting people to pay you is the hardest part of building anything. Most founders can ship a product. Almost none can get the first 10 strangers to pay for it. I made a short video showing my strategy, the same I used to go from $0 to $1M ARR on LinkedIn, to get your first 10 paying customers. The opener that gets a reply. How to turn "sounds interesting" into a paid invoice. Watch and copy it 👇
