Having a disability & using a frame,seems bus drivers decide if you’re allowed on a bus. Driver of the 43 bus refused to lower ramp because its for wheelchair users. You’ve no idea the impact of your words,leaving a disabled passenger work out how to get to work. Well done @tfl

@TheRAC_UK I question if RAC feel having a Motability car equals valuing their customers less. Called the RAC at 11.27am. An hour past, I called for an update, ETA 13mins,then ETA 2-3pm,then ETA 17.30.SLA is 60-90mins. Staff are not equipped or competent speaking with customers

@CruiseNorwegian Fraudulent booking. Received email from NCL confirming my booking, I’ve NOT booked a cruise. Someone used my name & fraudulently booked a £12k cruise. I twice called NCL to find out who did this and the agent was rude and unhelpful. Is NCL making ghost bookings?

@SkyUK Had a call from your breakdown renewal department and was sworn at by a manager he said “if you don’t f......ing renew by 8pm tonight it’s going to cancel” I am fuming. Can’t speak to anyone as there is a 45 minute wait and your online chat is busy
