IT'S SO OVER!!! Creative agencies are absolutely cooked. I just connected Claude Code to Higgsfield and generated: → Product photos → Instagram ads → Launch videos All in MINUTES. Most people are still paying $5k/month for this while opening Canva like it's 2022. This article breaks down the EXACT workflow that's working right now.

I recently installed Hermes after raw-dogging Claude Code for a year or so. Have tried it at work, didn't see the need to implement it personally. Always had the usual fears about "privacy" and what not But I can say - holy shit what a major upgrade. The leverage in output you get from an agent that learns and grows with you is unmatchable. Add to that the fact that it can work on long-ass tasks at a time without breaking down. It feels like I unlocked a new plane of productivity and intelligence. It's crazy good man. AI is going to trillions

Binance CEO @cz_binance says the crypto industry is too transparent: "I think right now the crypto industry is too transparent. It's actually extremely easy to track crypto funds. The blockchain is a public ledger. If you couple that with a few centralized exchanges, KYC information, you can track most of the transactions pretty accurately. So I think right now there's a lack of preserving of privacy." "For example, if your company pays everybody in crypto and if you get one payment today on the blockchain, you can just trace to the address that paid you and see how many addresses that address paid in the last week, then you can figure out everybody's salary. That's a privacy issue." "Another example, if you pay for a hotel [in crypto], then people will know that you're going to stay at that hotel, which for some people may create security issues. So there's little problems like those that are not solved yet."

[LONG READ] ~ A DOCTOR AXIUS CLASSIC. Haven't done one of these posts in a very long time because there's been NO POINT AT ALL posting about crypto when emotions are running high for the most of the world. But I remember when BTC hit 15K in 2022 - I asked the same question many times over, "What will make us trade any lower?" Back then, it was, "Saylor is going to get liquidated!" We had already been beat the fuck up to the point of everyone thinking THERE'S NO RETURN. "Crypto is dead forever!" - You ALL saw the articles. Yet, somehow, everyone STILL wanted more down. Now we've been decently FUCKED UP again and despite all the WW3 headlines firing, we couldn't even GET CLOSE to breaking below 60K. So, what causes us to trade lower? Really, there's not much left. Around the same time in 2022 near the BTC bottom, I was bullposting Solana because I knew *something* would have to replicate what Ethereum did in the last cycle. Traders chase "higher returns" on similar narratives. "Beta plays" that sometimes end becoming the master themselves. You can type in "SOL" from:trading_axe on search and sort by date. And as we entered 2023, I was speaking with friends and brainstorming more potential narratives. When you know BTC won't trade any lower, you understand it is PRIME TIME to allocate into alts for multi-month swings. Back then, I knew RWAs and perp DEXs would be the future [perp DEXs due to FTX] and RWAs because it was common sense with where the world was headed. Tokenize everything. However, admittedly, I didn't make the best choices. I picked ONDO for RWA and although it performed insanely good, the better pick would've been Hyperliquid as it matched both of those narratives in one. Point is, you won't always get THE BEST IDEA at the time because things CHANGE rapidly in this industry. Now, once again, if you're in the "we are bottomed on BTC" mindset - You have the same opportunity to scoop up insanely cheap coins before we start aggressively trending upwards. A good example is SUI, released in 2023 and went parabolic as fuck when BTC started making legs up. Imo, there is now an easy shot to secure something that could be seen as "the next SOL" [doesn't necessarily have to be that OR perform better], the CONCEPT ALONE is good enough. FWIW this is not "paid for content" - nor do I have any dealflow/any private investment in this [at this account size, I sadly can't just what the fuck I want without people thinking this], My gut tells me that Monad ends up performing extremely well and the chart itself implies that. One of the few coins breaking out HTF. Undervalued and for the lack of better words, underestimated leadership/backing. Do not underestimate ex-Jump Trading. And do not let Keone's "innocent harmless foreigner" look deceive you. For the last few weeks, I've mentioned this to some friends [H/T: @ZoomerOracle]. This is the right timing for when founders, teams and consequently coins make a name for themselves and cement their legacy. When BTC is near the bottom and demand is superior to sellers. When certain charts almost look "supply controlled" after bottoming and are being "painted" chopping upwards with very little down PA vs the broader market. Charts outperforming against BTC pairs. Take a fucking chance and allocate to your favourite picks because the fun hasn't even started. You'll look back and wonder why you didn't pull the trigger despite BEING HERE 24/7 when we start teleporting. + Only posting this so I can come back to it in 6 months and FLEX on niggaz for having THE SUPERFORECASTER VISION. Until then, back to shitposting. ~ Dr. Axius.

Bryan Johnson is a FAKE. The man who spends $2 million each year trying to find a way to live forever took 5-MeO DMT on stream, is vegan and stays out of the sun. He then made a completely meaningless comment which many new age brainless bio hackers say👇 "The preciousness of our existences is unfathomable." I think these guys are just bored thus they try things that destroy their mind like large amounts of DMT or ayahuasca. I have friends that have done ayahuasca and I can see the difference in them. Something is missing in them afterwards. It zombifies people. With that said I will share with people my health journey shortly on @pmissionless . In fact I just got done with some of the most intense detox protocols on the planet. I do this not to get attention or to be a "cool" bio hacker... I do this because I had a tumor on my pancreas. Even though it was removed and it was a non cancerous non aggressive tumor, there was a reason I got this tumor. I will share with you my journey on our new podcast shortly. I am not a doctor nor am I a health guru. BUT I have done some incredible treatments that I absolutely cannot wait to share with everyone because it's made a MASSIVE difference in my health. I want to help as many people as possible who may be suffering from illnesses or simply want to optimize their health. Ohh and to top that off you don't need to spend millions to increase your longevity.

Thanks. Great question. I would start with the mechanism. Every peptide has a published or proposed pathway. The testing panel gets built backward from that pathway. Example. Someone buys a GH secretagogue like ipamorelin or CJC-1295. The proposed mechanism is increased pulsatile growth hormone release. The downstream biomarker is IGF-1 because it’s the stable, measurable proxy for GH output since GH itself is pulsatile and difficult to capture on a single draw. Baseline IGF-1 before the compound. Recheck at 60 to 90 days. If IGF-1 moved into the target range, the compound is doing what the mechanism predicts. If it didn’t move, you’re injecting water with extra steps. But that’s not enough. GH is diabetogenic. It promotes insulin resistance at higher sustained levels. So fasting insulin and fasting glucose go into the same panel. If IGF-1 rose but fasting insulin also rose, the compound worked but created a metabolic cost. The user now has data to decide whether the trade-off is worth it. That’s a closed loop with the right variables. Build that logic for every compound category. BPC-157. Proposed mechanism is tissue repair through angiogenesis and fibroblast activation at injury sites. No direct blood biomarker exists for local tissue repair. So the panel becomes hsCRP before and after to track whether systemic inflammatory load changed, plus a standardized functional assessment. Range of motion, strength, pain scale. If hsCRP dropped and function improved, the signal is positive. If neither moved, the compound didn’t close the loop. GLP-1 agonists. Fasting insulin, A1C, fasting glucose, lipid panel, and body composition via DXA or at minimum a waist circumference trend. This one’s the easiest because the clinical trial data already exists and the biomarkers are well-established. Any company selling GLP-1s without these in the package is leaving the loop open on the most data-rich peptide class available. Thymosin alpha-1 for immune modulation. Lymphocyte subsets, NK cell activity, and inflammatory markers. If you’re selling an immune peptide and not tracking immune function, you’re selling hope. The structure is always the same. What does the compound claim to do. What biomarker reflects that mechanism. Measure it before. Measure it after. Let the data decide whether to continue, adjust, or stop. Any DTC company that builds this into their product isn’t just selling peptides. They’re selling accountability. And that’s what separates a health company from a supplement company. Don’t wait for the diagnosis. Read the label.

This is how it should work across the entire industry. Selling the compound without the testing is selling the intervention without the feedback loop. It’s like selling a GPS with no map loaded. You’re moving but you have no idea if you’re going in the right direction. The key will be which biomarkers are in the panel. Complimentary testing that runs a CBC and CMP alongside a peptide affecting growth hormone signaling or inflammatory cascades doesn’t close the loop. It closes a different loop. The testing has to match the mechanism of the compound being sold. GH secretagogues need IGF-1 and fasting insulin in the loop. GLP-1 agonists need fasting insulin, A1C, and body composition. Tissue repair peptides need inflammatory markers and functional assessment. The panel has to be built around what the peptide is supposed to do, not just what a standard lab order includes. If Superpower builds that specificity into the testing, you won’t just be selling peptides with monitoring. You’ll be selling closed-loop systems. That’s a fundamentally different product. And it’s the one this space actually needs. Looking forward to seeing how you build it.

@iamsebetancur I've been told it takes a few cycles to really see an improvement. I've got a girlfriend on it, and she said she's seen improvements in the first cycle after weeks where im still on the fence 8 weeks at 2mg daily. First cycle though so will keep going with it.

It’s 3 AM: I’m nursing a squirmy truffle pig of a newborn every 45 minutes, husband is sick downstairs, and just as I drift off one of the older boys kicks on the hallway bathroom light. We’ve gotta get 2 kids 2 places tomorrow, trade off holding the baby during meetings, and no one has practiced their piano. It’s 3 AM: I’m counting the hours till sunrise when my older 2 come in and snuggle the baby. He’s smiling now, as soon as he wakes up, and we can’t get enough of it. Feeling lonely - should I sneak down and hug my husband? I wonder what podcast the kids will want to laugh to in the car. It’s going too fast.
New York Magazine@NYMag

Sooner or later, everyone has to decide whether to give up lazy weekends, disposable income, and overall peace of mind to have a baby instead. For many of those on the fence, one anxiety looms large: What if I make the wrong choice? Parent regret is more common than you might think — the r/regretfulparents sub-Reddit alone gets around 70,000 weekly visitors who anonymously commiserate — though stigma makes it hard to admit in real life. Writer Bindu Bansinath speaks with three moms of young children about why they wish they could go back to their old lives: nymag.visitlink.me/Sv0c_9

@stxpdx @AntiDoc Use a needle to extract out the fluid. Take off the throw away needle and insert a 1ml for example then draw to whatever dose mark you want. You won’t be able to use the pen without doing this ongoing however if micro dosing it’s worth it.

Nobody wants to take the time to dial in their glp-1 doses for some reason. You could be at “I’m not very hungry I guess I’ll have the chicken breast” Instead of “everything but juice is grotesque” You’re probably going to overdo it at some point, but side effects aren’t the goal.

I would humbly suggest Reta is the better mover of body comp and Tirz is better for the raw “weight loss” Reta will still require more of food discipline which may be lacking early on in any weight loss journey. If you’re 350lbs let’s just get it TF off. Tirz. If you’re already fairly on track with training (and the rest) and need some help tightening things up to get from 220 to 180 so you can reveal your abs, this is where Reta will really shine (+/- some kind of GH support). This is the way things are really breaking down for me at this point in time.
BowTiedMeatHead 🥩💪@bowtiedmeathead

Retatrutide could be one of the most effective tools we ever had throughout our history to fight obesity. But it’s not magic. Yes you just read that right... -You still gotta put in the work. -You still need to eat nutrient-dense food. -You still need to move your bodies. -You still need to build muscle. -You still need to support your hormones. -You still need to manage stress. Don’t care how promising and effective Reta is…there is no medication in the world can outwork a lifestyle that is constantly damaging the system. Yes, Reta may be the closest thing to a weight-loss miracle we have ever seen but remember miracles still require responsibility... And if you're going to use a powerful GLP-1 like Reta, you need a plan. -You need to left weights 3 to 4 times per week. -You need to prioritize protein. -You need to be well hydrated. -You need sleep. And whatever you do, don’t starve yourself. Because if you eat too little, you will crash your energy, lose muscle, and feel awful. It’s why I’m such a proponent of hiring an experienced coach or trainer. Work with a professional and do it the right way. Hit up @schober222 @BowTiedBacho @BowTiedBeest @AntiDoc These guys will steer you right.
