Take a look inside the concrete foundations of Clarke Creek Wind Farm, QLD. 1,600 tonnes of concrete + 100 tonnes of steel per foundation. Total project: 120,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete. After 25 years these will be fatigued and effectively un-reusable. Another massive legacy for future generations. 👇🏽

believe me i don't want to do any windows updates, and the moment i notice an update in the tray, i keep pushing the schedule time every few days, but at somepoint (a reboot, power goes,..etc.) the update push itself.

Select ASUS motherboards was released in early 2000s that came bundled with the Winbond W83791SD synthesizer chip.
It was made with a feature, that the BIOS "speaks" to you, if there was an error while booting up, the system would tell you what was wrong

@Jonathan_Blow Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Configure Automatic Updates, set to "2 - Notify before downloading or installing any updates"
So far I've fared well with that, we'll see when the first update's gonna ignore it :^)

为啥 Quake 的代码翻来覆去就再说这个平方根倒数呢？其他惊艳的东西也不少啊：比如纹理映射做透视矫正时四个点做一次除法，四个点内用线性插值，算到第四个点时之前除法刚好并行算完，比如 span 排序代替昂贵的 zbuffer，比如 PVS/BSP，比如最早的延迟渲染，最早的预测同步机制，学生时候学 quake 代码时这些东西给我的惊艳程度远远超过那个平方根倒数，这么多年却很少见人提过，翻来覆去都是这个平方根倒数被人转来转去。

@ibay770 @weezerOSINT @R_oc_co Anything/anyone with admin rights on your pc as driver load/unload privilege. They can smuggle this driver onto your system, load it, then use it to get full ring0 kernel access. Your system will happily load it because it's a normal, signed driver.

GPU-Z is on basically every gaming PC on earth. TechPowerUp makes it. they also make Sapphire TRIXX. What I found is insane... both ship TRIXX.sys. IOCTL 0x800060C4 calls HalSetBusDataByOffset with user-controlled bus, device, function, and offset. any local process. no admin. reprogram any PCI BAR to any physical address. map it. arbitrary physical memory R/W from ring 3. a GPU info tool with the keys to your entire system. EV cert. valid through April 2028.
