How it feels to read muslim arguments against Christianity

Its actually quite the opposite when you start getting those questions answered by people who know how to accurately and effectively. I find its usually people are curious but stand-offish and ask questions without even wanting to hear the answer, or not liking it. Just because you might not like the answers doesnt mean its false. "Less appealing" isnt good grounds for rejecting something, the truth isn't always appealing at first. The more i have dug into it, asking questions and eager for the answers, the more appealing it has become.

@FB_viktor Christianity becomes less appealing when you start asking questions. You'll see many holes, and when you ask questions, they'll say, "the ways of God is not the way of man, thou shall not question God, the foolishness of God is the wisdom of man". All nonsense.

No one is running, you are just asserting ur interpretation on the text while ignoring the entire NT speaking as one in harmony and chopping it up and cherry picking. If you grant that Jesus was crucified then it means the quran is blatantly historically wrong therefore not the word of God. I dont want u to blindly grant it for arguments sake, i want u to build a case that your beliefs are historically accurate, i assert they are not and verifiably so from evidence. I have given you glaring statements of divinity that EVERYONE in His time knew what He was saying about Himself, even the highly educated religious leaders, and here u are 2000ish years later going "nuh uh" Jesus often spoke in parables and didnt answer questions directly as well, but the book of Mark for example is both full of divinity claims, preforming actions only God can do, and accepting peoples faith and worship of Him. You choose to ignore everything it seems. They condemned Him to death because they thought Him guilty of blasphemy, aka claiming to be God. "Very truly I tell you... before Abraham was born I AM." The jews tried to stone Him because He was claiming to he the great I AM of exodus 3:14. Idk what ur talking about replacing repentance, repentance is a sign of true faith. Stop arguing disingenuously, and give me evidence from the 1st century that Jesus wasn't crucified.

Sorry i didnt get a notification for this. In John 17:20-23, Jesus prays for all believers to be perfectly united, echoing the oneness between himself and God the Father. This unity is designed to mirror the divine, spiritual connection between the Father and the Son Jesus is exclaiming He is the perfect representation of the Father, something that a man who isnt divine can claim truthfully, however Jesus does. John 17:5 im a trinitarian, ofc i believe God is more than one person, that doesnt therefore mean they dont share the same essence, the entirety of the NT is clear in asserting that they do share the same essence. Your theological presupposition is what is altering how you understand the text, you are simply lying if u claim u are "just simply reading it." The issue is you're assuming that your understanding of the text is explicit, i reject that. we hold to a different interpretation of the text so your view is going to be based off subjective opinion and ultimately have no bearing. Yes you are very clearly cherry picking as i have repeatedly shown examples of throughout this whole thread. Stop avoiding the crucifixion. Give me evidence outside the quran from the first century that Jesus wasnt crucified. You wont because you know you cant make a strong case for this outside of your islamic faith.

They were conditioned as Children. Then afterwards, every unexplained or rare event becomes “evidence”.
