@service I love In the beginning but now I cant get logged in on the app or online and its not a password issue - I have been emailing with support for two weeks NO one is helping or even trying to assist! Just random emails and NO follow up!!

Due to an error with our payment processing company @stripe some users who were on our Service Promise were charged a renewal fee of $49 in error. We're in the process of refunding all erroneous charges. We appreciate your patience while we work with Stripe to make things right.

I spent 45 minutes on the phone to Delta because of flight delays, Delta agreed to give me 40,000 miles, then 4 days later @service charge me $144 and claim they got that for me - impossible. Scam. Please remove me from this “service” @service

@jrdnbshp Hi there! Unfortunately we only support EU, US, and Canadian based airlines. A trip from and to the Middle East on a Middle Eastern carrier wouldn’t qualify.
