Trying to help my mom navigate ending a Service Experts “Advantage” HVAC agreement tied to the sale of her Florida condo. After years of payment, she was sent a termination demand for over $23k. And they aren’t responding to her emails. Any help is appreciated @serviceexperts

@serviceexperts Then he left with my thermostat and hub completely offline and locked up. It was worse than when he started. I felt like he rushed the job and didn’t really try to solve anything. Just wanted a quick sale.
