All the issues that have been found there, Trump would have won. Other places people have been videoed coming to drop boxes on multiple nights dumping stacks of ballots. Besides even Somalia requires ID to vote. If we would adopt their method there would be no argument. They, along with some other third world countries use biometric identification.
