@JacobBrownDOC Good stuff Jacob; introducing defenders this way mixes it up. This exercise is similar in terms of working on shape and again you can vary number of defenders, depending on needs and ability of players.

Have the team set up in their formation on their side and possess within their actual positions. Every 5 passes add a defender until there is 7, then after 5 passes go to goal.
