Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions. But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

Transcription of the handwritten letter (Page I): To Whom it May Concern, About 20 - 22 years ago my brother GREY and me went over to our next door neighbor, Mr. Paige's house to help him clean up boxes in his basement. When we first got there he offered us candy from a candy dish. To our delight our favorite candy, a strawberry kind with a gooey center, was the only type in the dish. Then Mr. Paige took us down into his basement where we saw do many boxes piled up with different odds and ends and a Teddy Bear. As he started going through them I felt a heavy tiredness coming over me like i'd never felt before and thought how much i didn't want to do this anymore. I realize now we had been drugged. The next thing Mr. Paige said was, "You know, we don't really have to do this. (Talking about the box clean up project we had been brought over for. This was a convenient relief for me cause i had just been drugged and wanted to sit down! So Mr. Paige then sat me and my brother down and told us that he had something (Page II) to show us that would change our lives - a trick. He then revealed a corpse that had been covered. He dared me to touch it. I didn't want to but then he offered me one hundred dollars - that was incentive enough for me - a girl who had been raised on welfare - desperate to bring money into my household. So I touched the dead body and as soon as i felt the cold death i wanted to leave with GREY. Mr. Paige covered up the corpse and coerced us to stay by giving us ice cream. Another drug laced treat. I remember sitting immobilized next to my brother and Mr. Paige brought the dead body over to us again on a wheely Chair to play more. He fed us more ice cream with bits of the dead body in it and i remember seeing my younger brother GREY looking so sick. Later Mr. Paige had me masterbate in front of him. He threatened us with violence if we told anyone - he threatened to kill my brother. I remember pieces of other occassions in his basement - he put some mind (Page III) control on us because we started spending time with him - helping him embalm bodies , stitch them up and fondle and Caress them sexually. Mr. Paige was a mortician who preyed on me and my brother to act out with him -- and in our drugged and hypnotized state we obeyed and kept it secret. Keeping this secret has wreaked havoc on me emotionally and mentally my whole life. I have felt so guilty and nervous and confused for so long - I am grateful to GREY for his strength in shining light on this darkness and for this letter that is cathartic for me personally.
