Mr. President, Daylight Saving Time forces Americans to wake an hour earlier than Standard Time and does not create more daylight. Permanent Daylight Saving Time would make winter mornings dangerously dark, with some sunrises occurring as late as 9am. For the sake of public health, safety, and better sleep, please restore permanent Standard Time!

The guy who has produced for Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, and Florence Welch calling AI music users "godless whores" is peak established-artist energy. Easy to reject the tool when you already have the career. The new artists who are "genuinely uninterested" are the ones with access to studios, producers, and record deals. The ones in a bedroom with no connections and no budget are using AI to make music they couldn't make any other way. Calling creativity a "holy process" while gatekeeping the tools that democratize it is the oldest pattern in every art form. Painters said it about photography. Musicians said it about synthesizers. Producers said it about sampling. The holy process survived every time.
