There’s a stomach bug and terrible flu doing the rounds. Let’s not forget #umhlonyane and #lengana which saved us during covivi.  Keep it near - a traditional treatment for flu , asthma, acute bronchitis, and hay fever.  Used for treatment and not prevention.

I’m so sorry. Try natural remedies as some meds are known for the side effects like amatchubaba… I don’t know if it’s the teas that I’m drinking or just my genes. @setsong_tea In particular, recommended Tepane, an indigenous plant that was used by the grannies in Limpopo. All the best 💕

@drtlaleng @setsong_tea Oh the setsong tea is so good! My friends and I frequent the farm here in Limpopo where they grow& produce all the teas! It’s an incredible place and the mamas are so kind and loving! Oh and the indigenous food& drinks they serve scrumptious 👌🏾
