I saw and watch John Terry very well and I watch VVD, walahi VVD is not a better defender, to JT. This is just recency bias and the fact that many of you didn’t watch Terry.
Leadership, defending like a proper defender and putting your body to stop a goal, goal scoring, facing the top strikers etc name it JT was there.
VVD isn’t even better than Vidic, Vidic didn’t just have PR.
VVD can get compared to Rio Ferdinand. They both rely on their defensive partners so much.
