Colden Kimber was a 6'4" cyclist who was stabbed to death in the neck, bc he was protecting a woman and her two kids from a deranged serial criminal at a SF bus stop. MSM did NOT mention that the murderer was out on bail for another crime - nor did they mention that at his hearing, Judge Sandoval & public defender's team (Mano Raju) pushed out the hearing - a common tactic when the evidence is overwhelming for 2 for 1 detention credits. No press conferences or leadership statements that his family will ever see justice served. Restorative Justice is unconstitutional - it discriminates against the most vulnerable: children, elders and women - who become easy targets. San Francisco's DA has a "pattern & practice" of withholding evidence in criminal trials, say the city's public defenders. They've tracked 50 such cases. Sometimes, evidence was withheld until the eve of a trial. In a few, it was revealed well into it. missionlocal.org/2025/05/sf-da-…
