उत्तर प्रदेश के सरकारी कार्यालय में काम करने वाले इल्हाम उर रहमान शम्सी चपरासी ने फर्जी लाभार्थी आईडी का इस्तेमाल करके सरकारी वेतन खातों से 5 करोड़ रुपये की हेराफेरी की।
इल्हाम उर रहमान शम्सी ने यह रकम 7 महिलाओं को भेजी, जिनमें से 2.37 करोड़ रुपये पत्नी लुबना और 2.12 करोड़ रुपये दूसरी पत्नी अजरा को दिए गए और 1.10 लाख तीसरी पत्नी को दिए।
