@OpenreachHelp nobody turned up to install my broadband today. This appointment was rearranged from two other no-shows in November. We stayed home all day but nobody turned up again despite your text service promising someone would contact me. Incredibly frustrating. Please fix.

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK I have stayed home for - and Openreach have failed to show up for - installation appointments on November 14th, 15th and December 10th and 13th. Why do you not reschedule immediately? Why do I still have no internet? Why am I having to spend so much time trying to sort this?

@OpenreachHelp Now @VodafoneUK have told me they escalated but the soonest @OpenreachHelp can install is 16th January. This can’t be right. Please fix.
