@_UberInquiries I received the email on the 10th to which I replied and I haven’t received a response since. All I’m asking for is next steps and what do I need to do with the tax statement.

@Uber I opened a ticket for uber sending me a tax document for driving when I don’t even have an account with uber. ticket has been closed without any resolution. There is no phone number to call and I can’t even respond to the ticket. Is there something that I can do? #fraud

@Uber I have a tax document from uber while I have never worked for uber. I have tried calling all your numbers but I can’t speak with an agent. Please share a way that I can communicate with a human. This is possibly an identity theft matter and should be taken care of urgently.

Almost all the seats had the same “entertainment” that I had and what could I do when my seat was as in the photo. I know it’ll take time to fix all the planes but these basic things one hope should have been fixed. @airindia

@netflix what is the point of downloading any show of one can’t watch it without the internet? The shows don’t play unless you sign in but for that you need internet so what’s the point of downloading?
