A potential U.S.-Iran deal would include Iran committing not to pursue a nuclear weapon, pausing any new enrichment and entering talks on giving up its stockpile of highly enriched uranium, CNN reports, citing a person familiar with the matter. Details on removing the stockpile and the length of an enrichment moratorium would be left to future negotiations.

There is a way this could play, but it's really far out there. First, Ratcliffe would have to agree to shift from CIA to DNI. Less status (in his mind, so not likely). Second, Rubio would need to shift from DoS to CIA. Lateral power move, but maybe. Could keep NSA job too. So 50/50 ish. Third, that would open DoS for the only position RdS wants, considering his grand opinion of himself. It's a less than .01% possibility, but it does exist.
