@JuiceMan_V Ive never seen the reason for super high resolutions and frame rate on the hd-2d games mind you I think they should offer an upgrade path why do it with Dragon Quest 3 and Romancing Saga 2 and not all the other hd-2d games what made those games the exceptions

Guess it's good for new Switch 2 owners or people that didn't play the Switch versions, but SquareEnix doesn't even let previous owners get an upgrade path? Oh well. With BC, the Switch version of Octopath 1&2 is already pretty good on Switch 2.

Jason Schreier encourages gamers to go and visit local libraries on his video about why is Playstation killing physical media. Your local library often has new game releases you can borrow for free. It is a good way to save money and also help the library get more funding.

@shadowking1982 Yeah, if you're gonna get it eventually there is nothing wrong with that but in terms of the digital age, it started back with PS3/360 and people truly cared about preservation, they would have done something then.

Which is horrible, cause so many people also stood up championing physical games only to cave for overpriced ports of Cod.

Don't get discouraged by dumb shit like this. There's very little overlap between the gun'n'ball gamers who bought the new release and people who have been championing physical media and shouting down @sony and @PlayStation over the past week. False equivalence for a headline.

@ShadowEliteHD You would need an organized amd convince people to wait on thrsr game from launch to say at least a year would do the damage but people nowadays are selfish and impatient so I doubt it would work

Wolverine and Laufey would be the best games to test out this boycott. But problem I could see with that is Sony could purposely make less physical copies of these games in order to get more people to buy digitally and then theyll count that as people wanting to buy digital. Idk what can be done smh. Maybe seeing people posting that their store is sold out might work to show demand is there for physical. Idk.

I mean if even if 100% of the people who hate Sony moving all Digital boycotted... Black Ops 1 and 2 STILL would have been number one selling on PS5. It is what it is.

I think when it comes to this boycott you can't count GTA. It's one of the exceptions to the rule. Just like Pokemon even if 100% of the people who complained about how the new games are didn't buy, Pokemon would still go on to break sales records. It's the normal games that are released that need to see a drop in digital sales for Sony to even consider.
