You can do this with a Lat Pull-Down
You can do this with a Preacher Curl (reverse)
You can even do this with a wall
I GUARANTEE you:
If you do it right…it will LEVEL UP your Bicep gains BIG TIME

@DeanTTraining @mynameisrome_ What’s upper arm support dumbbell curls? I just do regular standing dumbbell curls and feel I’m missing out on some gains now

@official_taches hey bro love the work you're doing as usual but are you up to creating some utility for the token within GSD?
that would create some demand for it

💡 I had a bright idea this morning;
A pretty substantial amount of context loaded during GSD are just boring bash commands that Claude runs in the terminal to ensure GSD works properly (think correctly parsing phase numbers, following the correct git commit processes, checking what 'model profile' GSD is using and so on...)
Since I've been working with coding agents like Pi recently, I've realised how helpful creating extensions with Typescript can be - not just in ensuring consistent behaviour by declaring a workflow in code but also in saving a shit tonne of context by allowing processes to be run without the AI having to consciously think about it.
I've off-loaded a LOT of what was simply config-focused and boring behind the scenes workflow context into lightweight .ts scripts that Claude/Gemini/Codex can simply run with `node`.
This has:
a) Saved a shit tonne of tokens from having to be loaded on each invocation.
b) Made it way easier to track the SINGULAR location of a sub workflow for debugging/improvement rather than having to find mentions across the whole system
c) Opened my mind to the power of further offloading certain pieces that feel good for the AI to handle but that don't really need the AI to handle into code.
I'll be shipping an updated GSD workflow later today with a deep focus on dramatically reducing context load whilst maintaining the same high quality results its known for.
