🚨 The End Of $SIREN… $SIREN official website is not working and rumours are coming that this week Binance will delist this coin. Just look at the weekly chart. A few weeks ago people were calling for $5, $10 and even higher targets. Today it’s sitting around $0.06 after touching $4.8. That’s a complete destruction of the trend. What makes me bearish is not the dump itself. We’ve all seen coins dump 50-70% and come back. What worries me is that $SIREN has almost erased the entire pump. When a coin goes back close to where the move started, it usually means the hype is gone, the liquidity is gone, and traders have already moved on to the next thing. I’ve seen this happen with $COAI, $VELVET, $RAVE and many other whale-driven coins. During the pump everyone talks about new highs. During the dump everyone talks about the bounce. But most of them never get close to their previous highs again. Right now all I see is a chart that went from euphoria to almost where it started. That’s why I think $SIREN is done.

@youness85ou Kortom je verdient zo weinig dat je in aanmerking komt voor sociale huur. Veel mensen hebben dat geluk niet, die verdienen krap €100 te veel, zij zijn aangewezen op particuliere huur of een hypotheek. Kortom, je verhaal telt niet voor de 'gemiddelde' Nederlander.

Woningbouw is langs geweest. Ik moest voor alles een vergunning aanvragen, ZAV. Ik ga van 70 m² naar 130 m². Het enige nadeel is dat als je weggaat, de nieuwe bewoner kan eisen dat alles terug moet naar de originele staat, van luxe en groot naar klein en goedkoop. Alsof ik ooit deze sociale woning ga inleveren, never! En voor de mensen die het zonde vinden omdat het geen koophuis is, ik woon er gewoon in, je gaat toch niet armoedig leven. Daarnaast is een koophuis zonde,je gooit letterlijk geld weg. Van de 400 ton is ongeveer 280.000 tot 290.000 euro rente (bij een rente van rond de 4 % over 30 jaar). Daarnaast zijn alle kosten aan de buitenkant en binnenkant voor jou, onderhoud, ketel vervangen, zonnepanelen onderhouden of vervangen, alles is voor jou. Reken gemiddeld op €200 tot €300 extra per maand aan onderhoud (ongeveer 1 % van de woningwaarde per jaar). Daarnaast nog notariskosten (ongeveer €1.500–€2.500), overdrachtsbelasting (2 % = €8.000) en andere kosten om te kopen (taxatie, advies, kadastrale kosten). Plus de belastingen die erover betaald moeten worden, zoals de onroerendezaakbelasting (OZB). Ikzelf heb een sociaal appartement en betaal €650 per maand aan huur. Als ik dit appartement zou kopen met een hypotheek, zou ik rond de €1.600 per maand betalen. Dat scheelt dus €950 per maand plus nog eens die €200/€300 aan kosten kom je uit op rond de €1200 verschil!!! Bij huren is het appartement inderdaad niet van mij, ik bouw geen eigen vermogen op in de woning en alles grote kosten zijn voor de woningbouw. En dit is precies waarom ik iedere maand €1200 extra over hou. Dat geld kan ik investeren in plaats van het te verspillen aan rente, onderhoud en schuld bij een eventuele scheiding. Wat je dus bijvoorbeeld kunt doen is iedere maand €400 aan goud kopen en sparen. Na 30 jaar heb je dan (bij een historisch gemiddeld rendement van goud van ongeveer 11 % per jaar) een vermogen van ruim €1.122.000. Je hebt in totaal €144.000 ingelegd, dus een dikke winst van bijna €978.000 zonder hypotheekstress. En mocht goud stijgen met 8% is het alsnog een dikke winst van €452.000. En wat je dan nog overhoud per maand aan verschil in huur/hypotheek is ongeveer €500 per maand, daar kun je lekker van genieten. Bij een huurhuis heb je ook geen hoofdpijn bij een eventuele scheiding en de bank die jou nog meer uitmelkt dan ze al hebben gedaan. Zo zie je het een keer de andere kant die je nooit hoort, en weet je nog wat het mooiste is, wanneer je overlijd geef je het goed door aan jouw kinderen zonder dat zij onderling ruzie krijgen en nou nog een keer belasting moeten betalen om de woning over te nemen.
