I personally know of 6 people that have had very similar diagnosis in the past 10 days, every one of them have had either 3 or 4 vaccines. I am not looking to start any row about whether or not they are right or wrong, just curious.

Turn up at NHS clinic to ask for a doctor’s appointment. Grumpy and bossy receptionist tells me I can’t ask in person only by phone. So I stand in front of reception desk and call. She picks up the phone and proceeds to give me an appointment….

@santanderukhelp Yeah which I did 2 weeks ago - after 4 phone calls and someone eventually telling me I needed to submit forms but not telling me where - 2 days later someone with brains actually then sends me an email to submit forms and things to. Absolutely appalling

@shahahannon We're really sorry to hear this. Have you been given any direction on this at all, for example, have you been asked to provide any documentation to show the origin of an incoming payment? Have you been given an explanation as to why the restriction was placed? ^KC

@santanderukhelp Nothing at all “just a couple of days to investigate” it’s been weeks now and I’ve been on hold currently now for since 11:30 this morning trying to get through to sort some banking out as I can’t access my account YET AGAIN 🙄🤬
