कुछ समय पहले,अमेरिका की पुलिस इस लिये घुटनों के बल आई कि कहीं देश की एकता को आंच न आजाये।कहीं 13.4 फीसदी आबादी वाले अश्वेतों का व्यवस्था से भरोसा न उठे। और भारत में कुछ वर्दी वाले..अल्पसख्यकों के घर गिराये जाने पर जश्न मना रहे हैं।वो भूल गये अमन की जिम्मेदारी भी उन्ही की है !
