> March 2022: ED arrests Ahmed AR Buhari. He remains in jail.
> 2022 onwards: Company pushed into NCLT insolvency. ED attaches assets. Multiple bail pleas rejected. Prolonged legal battles.
> Company starts falling apart, chaos everywhere, collapses.
> After 32 months in jail Nov 2024 -2025 , Courts start quashing DRI, CBI & ED cases against Buhari.

The countrymen should know what’s happening to Coastal Energen Pvt Ltd and its promoter Ahmed AR Buhari. He is in jail since March 2022 after being arrested by ED over allegations of supplying coal of inferior quality at inflated prices.

अजितदादांच्या अपघात प्रकरणात भोंदू खरातचे कनेक्शन समोर येत असून, ‘त्या’ सहा दिवसांत खरातने चार फोन बदलले, तर एक फोन केवळ १९ मिनिटांचा कॉल करून बदलला. खरातच्या फोनवर सर्वाधिक कॉल अजितदादांच्या अपघाताच्या दिवशी झाल्याची धक्कादायक माहिती समोर येत आहे.
अजितदादांचं अपघात प्रकरण अतिशय भयानक असून, या प्रकरणात CID कडे माहिती देऊनही कारवाई होत नाही. त्यामुळे तात्काळ CBI कडे हा तपास देणं गरजेचं आहे. सीबीआयकडे तपास देण्यासंदर्भात सरकार त्वरित कार्यवाही करेल, ही अपेक्षा आहे. सरकारने आता जास्त उशीर करायला नको, अन्यथा हे संशयाचं धुकं अधिक गडद होईलच, शिवाय गुन्हेगार पुरावे सुद्धा दडपतील.

#Imp: A potential conflict of interest has been pointed out in the Bhojshala case by the gentleman here.
A day before the judge gave the judgment holding the disputed place of worship is as a temple—which by the way was enabled by Chief Justice Surya Kant despite the Supreme Court’s continuing stay on adjudication of Temple-Mosque disputes (read my Frontline column on it)—his son was empaneled as an advocate by the Madhya Pradesh BJP government.
Opposition parties must raise this issue strongly. The institution cannot be weaponised in this manner for political gains!

इतिहास गवाह है — जब न्याय की कुर्सी पर बैठे लोग निष्पक्षता से हटते दिखाई देते हैं, तब लोकतंत्र की आत्मा घायल होती है। कमाल मौला मस्जिद मामले में ऐतिहासिक फैसला देने वाली संयुक्त पीठ में शामिल न्यायमूर्ति विजय कुमार शुक्ला के पुत्र सुजय शुक्ला को लगभग उसी दिन सरकारी पैनल अधिवक्ता नियुक्त किया जाना कई गंभीर सवाल खड़े करता है??? इतना ही नहीं, यह जानकर और भी आश्चर्य होता है कि सुजय शुक्ला, वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता एवं भारत सरकार के अतिरिक्त सॉलिसिटर जनरल श्री सुनील जैन जी के सहायक भी हैं, जिन्होंने इसी मामले में एएसआई @ASIGoI का पक्ष रखा था। ऐसे में जनता के मन में यह प्रश्न स्वाभाविक है — क्या यह केवल संयोग है? या फिर सत्ता, व्यवस्था और प्रभाव का सुनियोजित प्रयोग? जब न्यायपालिका से जुड़े इतने बड़े फैसले के आसपास ऐसे नियुक्ति आदेश सामने आते हैं, तो सवाल उठना लोकतंत्र की सेहत के लिए आवश्यक है। न्याय केवल होना नहीं चाहिए, न्याय होता हुआ दिखना भी चाहिए। अगर न्याय के मंदिर में भी पक्षपात की आहट सुनाई देने लगे, तो लोकतंत्र का भरोसा कमजोर होता है। शुक्ला जी को अपने बेटे के भविष्य का कितना ध्यान रखना पड़ा है, यह इन परिस्थितियों से स्पष्ट होता दिखाई देता है। देश जानना चाहता है — क्या यह योग्यता थी, या व्यवस्था की कृपा? #KamalMaulaMasjid #Judiciary #JusticeForAll #Democracy #Accountability #dhar @ShayarImran @salman7khurshid @ashharwarsi_inc @arifmasoodbpl @khanumarfa @TheMuslim786

देश की जनता को ये समझना होगा कि इस समय International Fuel Crisis के साथ-साथ भारत में आर्थिक संकट की बड़ी वजह मोदी सरकार में Leadership Crisis, दूरदर्शी सोच का आभाव है और Incompetency कूट-कूट कर भरी है।
ये Crisis Modi-Govt-Made crisis है। जिसका ख़ामियाज़ा देश की जनता को पेट्रोल, डीज़ल और LPG पर अपनी जेब से भरना पड़ रहा है।
जब डीज़ल के दाम बढ़ते हैं तो पूरे देश में महँगाई का Cascading Effect पड़ता है। उद्योगों से लेकर घरेलू बजट व किसानों - सब पर बुरा असर पड़ता है।
जब West Asia War शुरू हुई तो देश को बताया गया कि “सब चंगा सी” और कांग्रेस पार्टी के सवालों को नकारा गया। कोई ठोस क़दम नहीं उठाया गया, उल्टा अमरीकी “Permission” और “Allow” के चलते हमारी Sovereignty को गिरवी रखा गया।
चुनाव के दौरान मोदी सरकार ऐसे बरताव करती है कि “सब सामान्य है” और केंद्र सरकार का काम केवल राज्यों में चुनाव लड़ना है।
अब जब Crisis बढ़ रही है तो मोदी जी Work From Home और Fuel बचाने का झुनझुना बजाने लगे।
हमारे दो सवाल —
1. मार्च में जो रूसी तेल ख़रीदने का 30-दिन का waiver दिया था जिसमें अमरीका ने “allow” और “permission” जैसे अपमानजनक शब्द लिखे थे, ख़बरों के अनुसार अब भारत सरकार उस Waiver का Extension चाहती है। सवाल है कि मोदी जी ने देश को “permission” माँगने की स्थिति में क्यों पहुँचा दिया है।
2. क्या ये सच नहीं है कि जब अंतरराष्ट्रीय Crude Oil के दाम कम थे, तब मोदी सरकार ने आम जनता को कोई राहत नहीं दी, उल्टा Central Taxes से 10 सालों में ₹43 लाख करोड़ कमाए? तो अब जनता पर महँगाई का बोझ क्यों लादा जा रहा है?
