@uk_dhl got email saying attempted delivery when I have been home waiting for package.I also have camera showing that nobody has been. Customer services is non existent
@AsdaServiceTeam Went to Asda Leechmere Sunderland, used Scan & Go & got stopped. Staff member screamed I hadn’t scanned an item (she’d scanned the wrong barcode), threw my bags out & rescanned everything. No apology, just public humiliation. Never going back.

@virginmedia cannot get through to a human to report this.Your brilliant technician has left the cabinet open for over a week now giving the vandals open access. Connection drops every few minutes and still no resolution I’m guessing this is what customers pay for!!
