I know. I didn't say it was. I said it requires more proof than a passport to get. So if people can get a Real ID and use it these days to fly they shouldn't have trouble getting a passport. Real ID was never proof of citizenship except in a few states that border Canada because it doesn't indicate on it whether a person is a citizen or not with the exception of those few states.
