Day 2 of no response! I have filed multiple complaints and even submitted the "Twitter Link Form" with full details, but total silence from @Chola_Official From the Silchar branch to the Head Office, it seems there is zero accountability. Is this how you treat your customers?

Fraud alert! 🚨 It’s been 3 months since my mother paid the downpayment at the Silchar branch, but we have NO vehicle and NO refund.Now, @Chola_Official is bouncing EMIs from my mother account and harassing her with calls/SMS for payments! This is mental harassment and cheating
