@sureshkanbu It's legit the worst! It adds this layer of pressure to get things done and do more. I def. find myself working longer days now than I did before (which was already a lot)!

@shanif the operator load is the bottleneck nobody priced in. ran 3 claude code sessions on notella.app last week and hit the same wall — the agents were idle waiting for me to context-switch.

1/ As I find myself monitoring the 6 AI terminals for my two AI coding agents on my main monitor of the 2nd desktop space on my primary laptop, I find myself thinking... I should be able to do more 🫠.

@sureshkanbu @shanif operator load is the real bottleneck nobody mentions. 3 sessions waiting on you = context switch tax every few minutes. the solution is not more agents, its making the handoff asynchronous so you review on your terms, not theirs

10/ That's where human intervention needs to come in, because without it, you run the risk of having a major catastrophe, and I cannot afford that. So yeah, I wish there were more of me so I could manage all my AIs!

9/ Over the past couple of years, I've become, what I'd consider, somewhat of a proficient user of AI, so I understand where its edges are and where it works well and where it can break, and trust me, it breaks, a lot.

10/ AI has probably helped with about 50-60% of these tasks. When you really want to, you can move super fast and see results really quickly, especially in the world of ecom, and especially when you've got a brand that is well-known and willing to experiment quickly.

9/ - Identify areas where we can generate more revenue immediately, including a pre-purchase option for items that are low-in-stock In fact, we just got our first pre-purchase order about 2 minutes ago. That's what prompted me to write this whole thing 😄.
