@amazonIN containing 7 bags and one small box containing 1 bag, Fortunately I could trace the manufacturer and contacted them. They confirmed that they had despatched 2 large boxes containing 7 and 6 bags. They assured me that they will solve the problem and home dels 5 bags 3/3

@amazonIN After tracking the maze in the website some how I managed to speak to an Amazon Customer Care and after lot of struggle they agreed to refund the entire amount. Thereafter I ordered a different set of bags and today I received two boxes - one large box ⅔

@amazonIN One should be careful when placing order for bulk items from Amazon, Flipkart etc. 2 back to back incidents have happened with me. I ordered - 13 bags for women bags, I received a small cover with some rags and received a message items delivered. ⅓

After patiently listening to me the executive apologised and initiated refund. While Amazon is easy to order very difficult to get a solution to such issues. Govt should make it clear they they should provide an escalation matrix to handle grievances

Ordered 13 items of a product from Amazon. They delivered a small packet containing some rags. After almost one hour of struggle with the website found the way to connect to the customer care. After lots of IVR and failed attempts I could reach a voice. ½

@CPVIndia @passportsevamea He went clean shaven and applied again, however, BLS Intt which deals with the matter advised that it will get rejected and he should try the normal route. He have since applied on 6/10/25 at Canada. 3/5

@CPVIndia @passportsevamea My son Ambarish has received his Invitation to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency on 18/10/25. Towards this he needs Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from India. He applied for PCC and was rejected as his PP’s validity was for less than 6 mth 1/5

@DrSJaishankar under normal channel. Once he receives the passport, he will have to apply for PCC which may also take good amount of time. All this process is get completed by 17th November 2025. Requesting your help and guidance in this regard.  4/4

@DrSJaishankar The existing PP was issued in 2016 when he was just 16 years and now he is 26 years. Once again he tried applying after a clean shave, but BLS International advised him not to apply under the Tatkal as possibility of rejection was higher, accordingly he hs appd ¾

@DrSJaishankar When he tried to apply it was rejected stating his passport’ validity is less than 6 months. He applied for Tatkal passport renewal, that got rejected citing his face doesn’t appear similar to the existing passport. 2/4
