I would be curious to see $LMND increase SBC instead of cash for salaries so they can increase capital reserves and fund faster growth. $50M in extra cash would be about 900k shares at current prices 🤔

@bj23air @Lemonade_Inc Idk. They just reached 3 million customers in January. I wouldn't be surprised if we see a large uptick QoQ after the free marketing Elon Musk tweets, but 500k customers in 2-3 months would be almost 4 customer every minute

$LMND's Annual Dollar Retention (ADR) is an important metric as it measures the percentage of In Force Premium (IFP) retained over 12 months. It includes changes in policy value, number of policies, policy type, and churn. How it's calculated: $LMND totals the IFP of the same active customers at the start and end of the period, then divides ending IFP by beginning IFP. 👉🏼 In essence: High ADR = customers are “sticking” — they stay, renew, and often even increase their spend (upgrades, more policies, higher value). $LMND mentioned on the latest Q4 call that only 5% of customers have multiple policies. That's a huge opportunity to cross-sell (bundle) and increase the customer stickiness, as measured by the ADR. I would like to see ADR being 90%+. It's not the most important metric atm, but it will be one the Street will look at very soon.

$LMND 📰👇 I scraped all of the 1-Star reviews on TrustPilot and used Gemini to summarize each one. For Car, most the complaints are related to price hikes or getting in contact with a human. FWIW, this just a few hundred reviews out of millions of LMND customers. Link below⬇️
