It's now almost FIVE months since my claim for reimbursement of costs due to lost/ delayed luggage from @lufthansa and a month since I tried them on Twitter. Still no response. Will I have to go to court? Stay tuned

@lufthansa Well, still haven't heard back! I've been understanding for almost four months and have tried to get in touch in every way I could think of, but it feels like @Lufthansa has no intention of getting things sorted.
