@Tesco @Microsoft @Xbox is there a fraud in your supply chain. Two £25 XBOX gift cards bought in Orpington store had only 23 digit codes instead of 25. Store asked me to get in touch with XBOX support who sent me back to your store, who are asking me to contact online support.

@guardian imposed editorial censorship in not allowing the above facts to be placed in comments on their website. Sad. I do love the @guardian and this really does not show them in a good light.

@shashibhat I'm sorry to hear this Shashi, please be aware that @SantanderUK12 is a scam profile and not Santander. When you spoke with an advisor on the phone, did they give you a timeframe for the call-back?

@OfficialFV Hey @OfficialFV sent multiple times on every possible channel - chat, multiple different email addresses, contact centre phone, warehouse phone, Twitter DM, review sites such as trustpilot etc. Action needed please, not platitudes or standard template replies.
