Samsung complaint number- 4362855231 for washing machine. 7 calls to customer care, complaint was on 5th Jan, no one visited till 7th.they postponed the visit 6 times citing pitty reasons. Cancelled request and got it fixed from ext vendor for 5E error- pathetic! @SamsungIndia
