@Shawhelp you know we pay an exorbitant amount of money for cable and internet and the service being 2 hours is unacceptable not to mention the frequent everyone’s home from work everyday outages!

@Shawhelp A technician was here because of the poor signal that we have. He replaced the router and indicated that all is well. We still have a poor signal causing poor television reception.

@Shawhelp I’m so glad Roger’s bought you out, I love this new company that I pay more for to have my service drop out all the ducking time. Have to have people come into my house to switch boxes and test lines that never happened before the switch. Please…how can I pay you more?

@Shawhelp I did what you told me to do and these are the speeds I’m getting intermittently with no outages and excellent wifi connection. It’s the router It’s the router IT’S THE ROUTER!!!!!! Either exchange my router or I’m out.

@pawiks101 If it's flashing green, that means its stuck at attempting to perform a downstream/upstream registration. Sometimes tightening all the connections to the modem can resolve this. If that doesn't work however, we most likely need to send out a tech. ^ch
