apparently CS teachers introduce recursion by googling the term and then keep clicking the "Did you mean: recursion" link. It bothers me that this is actually a good explanation.

@globalnews Legault can’t claim bill 21 was voted in democratically when he had to invoke the notwithstanding clause of our constitution preemptively to justify such an over reach on his part. If it goes to Supreme Court and it will, the court will overturn it.
