@CityofCT very disappointing, lodged a request to water and sanitation department on 19th of February, was advised a 2-3 day turnaround applicable. This is still not done, despite numerous follow ups and escalations @geordinhl @ZahidBadroodien @Our_DA

@ZahidBadroodien @ZahidBadroodien I still haven’t been contacted by anyone from COCT water and sanitation. I followed up again with call centre - “they will follow up with the depot”. Issue remains unresolved and I am unable to get certification for ownership transfer.
