Met a junior dev yesterday who confessed something wild. He doesn’t actually know how to code. He cleared the hiring process by using a screen splitter with live AI feed during the technical rounds, and has survived the job for 8 months just by feeding tasks into claude. senior devs keep praising his speed, while he’s secretly terrified of the day he gets asked to live debug during a screen share. Are we actually hiring developers anymore, or just prompt operators? 😰

I’m really pleased with this algorithm update. We used to see fewer posts from our mutual friends, especially those we didn’t interact with daily. But now, my timeline is filled with posts from people I follow but haven’t engaged with in a while. This is a positive move. I’m just wondering if my mutuals are seeing my posts too?
