We called on @usedgov for action on CEHE last October. ED could have 1) secured student records; 2) protected students from predatory "teachouts"; 3) pursued personal liability against corrupt execs; 4) set the stage for automatic loan cancellation

The 2021 closed school application is not online. Maybe @usedgov thinks students will give up if they have to go through their servicers? (good luck!) But here's the 2020 application. I'm sure it hasn't changed much - studentaid.gov/sites/default/…

Wow! If the school is on the brink of closure, staff should 💯 tell students that they get federal loan forgiveness IF they withdraw BUT NOT if they agree to transfer to another 💩💩💩🗑️🗑️🔥 school.
