@WestJet Yes. I tried a “fake” bioking shain today and while my two bags were free both outbound and inbound, my travelling companion was charged for both bags outbound and one bag inbound. As a Silver level woth Westjet, this makes no sense. Never happened before.

@WestJet I am a Silver member. Eveytime I try to book a trip online, the app will not accept that my companion is entitled to two free checked bags, as am I. What gives?
