@greateranglia Hi Kiera. I have made a complaint via the contact form in the app. I was made to pay for a child’s ticket before the staff would let my son through the barrier to me. I was also told by one of them ‘oh it’s fine’ when I asked for him to be let through. Retraining needed

@greateranglia your staff at Tottenham Hale just made me pay for my 10yr old son to travel by train to Cheshunt even though he has a Zip card and your own website states this is valid. Not only this they left him on the other side of the barrier to me and refused to let him thru
