@Uber_India what is this BS? 1/4 Your driver agrees to pick me up. When I get in the car, he takes up an outstation ride (via some WhatsApp group) and then cancels my ride (I think he marked me as a "no-show" because I got charged Rs 193 even though I was in the same spot).

4/4  Now I am left with app that is just passing on my ride from driver to driver for the past 30 minutes. How can one rely on Uber for imp appointments when such things happens? Please take action and get him banned from the app.

3/4 I get off an then Uber asks me to pay 193 Rs for the trip even though the cab never moved. How can you keep such drivers in the system. Im pretty sure he prioritises his WhatsApp business more to than Uber.
