full error: “Custom record not saved. We were unable to save this record. Try again later. If this problem continues, contact Customer Support.” but no proper Customer Support is actually available

Hey @SquarespaceHelp Your support bot is horrible, just loops with no real help or way to reach a human. Getting this error (worked fine for years): “Custom record not saved. We were unable to save this record...” How can I get proper support?

@dhh I missed days like this. It was the most "creative," productive, and, most importantly, super fulfilling time of my career. I wasn't even tired of working. I forgot how good it was Somehow, with career growth, new titles, and "all other useless processes," the feeling is gone...

Letting creative people just do their job -- without the constant interruptions and diverting obligations -- isn't just great for productivity, it's also wonderful for morale. Because nothing beats solving problem together with talented colleagues and shipping great software.

My take on #MLOps: ML engineers adapting DevOps principles for ML systems handling data versioning, retraining, drift, etc. Not a buzzword, just essential evolution.
