@virginmedia No one has confirmed the reasons for the delay, and all I get told is that an engineer will come round to do the pre-pull work but no one ever comes, and then the installation date gets pushed back. Unfortunately there is no accountability for the incorrect information I am told

@shereelim We can assure you the team will be working on completing the necessary work and gaining the required permissions to complete your installation, this can sometimes cause some delay. Has the team been able to confirm the reasons for the delay?

It genuinely should be illegal for @virginmedia to provide the services that they do. Are they regulated by Ofcom?

@virginmedia Yes I've spoken to them, and I've called about 8 times for a total of at least 6 hours. The installation was originally the 5th, and then it was updated to the 21st (pictured), and now it's been delayed again (also pictured)

@virginmedia This isn't related to my broadband service. It's related to the fact it's been almost a month since I started a contract with Virgin, and I still haven't had it installed

@TfL @theveindoc I believe there might be some sort of unlicensed black cab scam going on outside the @Wimbledon grounds, as at the black cab rank all the drivers would make up a price "per seat" and refuse groups of less than 4

Can I ask @TfL and others who know how taxi system works. I assumed a black cab had to use a meter. Is that right. We 3 got a cab at Wimbledon tennis and were bundled into a cab with another couple who got out after meter reached £9 and paid driver £10…1/2
