Do not agree with one sides decision. This is very good move but not fair. Why are u not enforcing bank not to take EMI for such house taken on loan. There we have to pay 16 additional emi for delaying 3 month emi. Does tenant going to pay that? Reply me plz than I will agree ok.

@CAamanmittal It's better to become unregistered dealer rather then going though all this calamity. Government don't have any sense what's they are doing by adding lots of complexity rather then simplifying the taxation. God only can save all professional now.
