@iamdrjoe Oh how true this is. My office is in Mid Valley and when I used to live in KL, if I leave the house at 6:30, I would arrive around 7:15. If I leave the house at 6:45 - 7:00, I would arrive at 9:00. So I'd rather leave and arrive early and take a break in the car until 8:15.

Bruh I have friends in KL who leave their house at 6am just to arrive at their workplace early to avoid the jam. Some even tell me "Keluar 5 minit lambat pun akan sangkut jam teruk dah". And they've been practicing this routine for years. So launching this "initiative" aint gonna solve anything IMO because sadly, this is already the norm 😭 😭

Hi @ShopeeMY, please just stop using Best Express. Service so slow. This is my second experience within a week with them cancelling deliveries twice for the same order. The first one was delivered after I called their support team. Reason they gave was short of manpower.
