BIG LIFE UPDATE 👏 Today I finish my role with @binance / @Binance_AUS. I wrapped up my last week joining champion surfer Jack Robbo and a bunch of our most frothy users for a ripping session & meetup at URBNSURF Sydney. What a highlight and an unforgettable send off! 🏄‍♂️ My time at Binance has been formative to say the least, and my work has literally onboarded millions of crypto users across dozens of countries. I'm so humbled to have made so so many great friends on this journey, both at Binance and in our remarkable network of local partners. There's way too many to shout out, but I'm sure I'll catch up with you all very soon. I want to throw a specially huge thank you to my leaders and mentors over the past 4 years, especially @RachelConlan, Mandy, Tanny, @Jamesqk, @TraversLeigh, Matt and @mrbenrose. Also my local ANZ colleagues who've turned up time and again to support at events, campaigns and everything in between. What's next? I'm taking a short career break to surf & trek my way through the Americas and Europe. I'll be chasing world class waves and stunning mountain landscapes, so if you live in or have great travel recs for any of these places, please hit me up! I just finished speaking at Consensus Hong Kong, which also happened to be my last public appearance as CEO of @TrustWallet as I have completed my 4-year term. I’m stepping down to begin a new chapter (still in the bigger ecosystem). I’m deeply grateful to our team, community and partners, none of this happens without you. Together, we: 1. Grew from 40M to 230M users 2. Turned losing ~$10M/year into near 8‑figure revenue last year 3. Expanded mobile active user market share from 15% to just under 30% 4. Shipped 6 TWT utilities in phase 1 (with more to come) 5. Responded to a major security incident (which is unfortunate) and have already reimbursed ~50% to verified victims in 4 weeks, far faster than the typical 6‑month benchmark - while strengthening our security end-to-end for a stronger foundation. Above all, I thank God for sustaining us through both the highs and lows with peace, and lead with integrity. @TrustWallet is on strong footing for what’s next. After months of transition (way before the recent incident), I’m honored to pass the baton to @felix_Fan, a proven product builder and leader in our space.
