@TheRealBlackNet something like that, the subtraction is key. although here in this example I have 30 or so frames of "buffer" and colored every 10 in r/g/b, because the dance here moves kinda too slowly

@shingpapi image buffer then 1/3 of it for the RGB rendered stencils overlayed? and maybe substract the current image.

@nick_explores c++/openGL custom engine, but most of the looks come from shader magic so you can do it in any engine really

@Doombeetle 1. ship Zink dll's and make it use zink upon startup (by setting some environment variable) and 2. get rid of bindless textures I'm not sure this is of any relevance if you're not using opengl

@shingpapi When you have some time I would love to know how you solved it! I don't think I'm going to try my hand at doing a custom engine like you are but I am fiddling with game dev on the side

@Doombeetle Chose to tackle it now I think I figured out a solution, was afraid it was gonna be a week's worth of work but looks like it's just one (very long day)'s worth

@shingpapi Ah that would complicate things. Your work is so impressive, it would be a shame for someone to not be able to experience it. Either way, it is a problem you can always choose to tackle later
