@CA_EDD Y’all are heartless savages! You’ve left me without a dime for a whole month. You don’t respond to UI emails and you routinely disconnect phone calls. You need to hire more people, there are plenty of us looking for a job, so it shouldn’t be that hard to find help. 😡
@afterglow_1989_@CA_EDD It's literally so fucking disgusting. They want to discourage people from getting help that their own tax dollars paid for. There's no excuse for them not answering either because as you mentioned they could easily employ more people to answer the phones. Pure evil.

@CA_EDD I'm still waiting on four months of unpaid benefits. It's been a fucking year. I've called consistently about this and get a run around or straight up LIES. The incompetence of your employees has absolutely robbed me. You all need to fix this before a class action appears.
The EDD has notified about 178,000 customers of an issue temporarily preventing them from reapplying for benefits after reaching the end of their initial benefit year. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have this fixed by Friday.
