built SeeYourTime 4 days ago. 150+ users with zero marketing. got 3 acquisition offer from @TrustMRR in less than one day. the whole thing - idea to offer - in under 4 days. @marclou, you have built the craziest thing ever. if you're overthinking your first project, just ship it. the worst that happens is you learn. i was so sure this might fail.

@metahumanmorph most legendary companies didn’t start with a visible moat. amazon started as a bookstore. stripe started as a developer-friendly payments api. salesforce started as hosted crm. the moat appeared later through distribution, integration, and ecosystem gravity.

For a founder The following is the moat. Distribution is the moat. Find the idea that nobody else can see. See it from every angle the investor may see. Find your moat. Things you see in life, and as a professional. Things nobody is talking about but suffer from it unvoluntarily. Contradict the status quo. Make it coherent. Make it clear. Real problem. Real solution. Why you Why now Why nobody else can copy it easily Who can buy it from you later Own the technology or system. Build multimodal ai. Don't jump at the first idea Refurbish it. Reverse engineer. Blend aspects of different ideas. What is the weakness? What are you missing? Find who can overcome it while believing in the same values. Don't ask for more than you need. You can make much more later. You cannot care about money, care about the process, product, customers. Start from enterprise. You need only one client. And now the best part: Be a wonderful person.

Built it because I kept wondering “where tf did my time go?” It shows you time passing.. live, on one page. and across your every tab of your browser. and calm music for deep work. Your hour. Your day. Your week. Your month. Your year. and you can log what you did every 15/30/60 mins. would love it if you guys gave it a try.

Don't be so busy you don't have time to think. One of the biggest mistakes I see other founders on X make is staying on autopilot or grinding through low-impact tasks just because it feels like you're making progress. Hustle culture is literally brainrot.
