This is bodycam footage of Charles Read, paralyzed & wheelchair-bound for 25 years. He was arrested after an ex accused him of kicking in her door & assaulting her. Officers doubted his paralysis (one called it "a ruse"). He fell during the arrest. Charges were dropped—he couldn't have done it. The arresting officer later resigned.
